Eglfing, Germany (6 August 2026) – Convotherm’s 50th anniversary Open Day in Eglfing was not just about innovation, bringing people together and giving behind-the-scenes insights into the company. Social engagement also played an important role: visitors donated a total of €1,000 to charitable organisations in the region. A further €1,000 from a previous employee fundraising campaign, together with additional contributions from Convotherm, brought the total donation to an impressive €4,000. This amount was shared between Gmünder Hoffnung e. V., Elterninitiative Intern 3 – Dr. von Haunersches Kinderspital München e. V. and Grenzenlos e. V. for the Anna Schaffelhuber Grenzenlos Camps.

Eglfing, Germany (10 July 2026) – Team spirit, fitness and community engagement were at the heart of Convotherm's participation in the 8th Staffelsee Panorama Run in Murnau on 5 July 2026. More than 30 Convotherm employees took part in the charity event, demonstrating the company's commitment to teamwork and active community involvement. The event, held in support of Bergwacht Bayern (Bavarian Mountain Rescue Service), provided the perfect opportunity to combine sporting activity with a meaningful charitable cause.

Eglfing, Germany (8 July 2026) – Convotherm celebrated its 50th anniversary on Saturday 4 July 2026, by hosting an Open Day at its headquarters in Eglfing, Germany. In glorious sunshine and together Convotherm employees and their families, more than 3,000 visitors took the opportunity to celebrate this landmark anniversary by going behind the scenes at the combi oven manufacturer to experience state-of-the-art kitchen technology and to tour the production facilities. A wide range of culinary delights - prepared of course with the support of Convotherm combi ovens - completed the day's celebrations.
