WELBILT AT INTERNORGA 2026: NEW EQUIPMENT, STRONG BRANDS AND 50 YEARS OF CULINARY PRECISION

Eglfing/Herborn, Germany (4 February 2026) – In March, Hamburg will once again become the foodservice industry capital, and Welbilt, a global leader in innovative kitchen technology and a proud member of the Ali Group, will be right at the heart of it. At INTERNORGA 2026, the leading international trade fair, Welbilt will present pioneering solutions for professional kitchens. From 13 to 17 March 2026, in Hall B7, Stand 212 across 160 square metres, the company will showcase the latest innovations from its strong brand portfolio. This year it includes two trade-fair premieres and a special anniversary.

Merrychef: New panini press for the conneX® 16

Merrychef has a new product to discover: with the new panini press for the Merrychef conneX® 16, Welbilt expands the application range of the high-speed oven with another attractive catering solution for snack bars, cafés and chains. The panini press combines speed with consistent quality and opens up additional opportunities for day-to-day use.

Trade-fair highlight: New product from the Convotherm maxx family

As part of its trade-fair presence, Welbilt will present new innovations from the Convotherm maxx family at INTERNORGA 2026. The innovation to be showcased stands for precise kitchen technology, geared as always to the needs of modern professional kitchens.

50 years of Convotherm – culinary precision at the forefront

INTERNORGA 2026 also marks a special milestone: Convotherm is celebrating 50 years of company history. “50 Years of Culinary Precision”: the brand demonstrates how, for five decades, engineering excellence and culinary craftsmanship have inspired one another—driven by dedicated employees and close partnerships with the industry worldwide.

Live experiences and proven brand diversity

Live cooking shows on the stand will bring to life the performance and versatility of Welbilt’s brands. The focus will include Convotherm combi ovens, Merrychef high-speed solutions and how they are both integrated into modern kitchen concepts.
