Eglfing, Germany (23.07.2025) – Around 30 specialist dealers from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and South Tyrol accepted Welbilt's invitation to a two-day dealer event and training session on July 3–4, 2025, held at the company headquarters in Eglfing. At the heart of the event was the presentation of the new Convotherm mini pro. With its award-winning design, compact dimensions, and AI-powered cooking intelligence, it generated great enthusiasm among participants. 

In addition to product highlights, the two-day agenda offered a mix of hands-on live demonstrations, valuable sales and service information, and behind-the-scenes insights into production. Convotherm and Welbilt’s digital services – from the Product Info Portal to cutting-edge technologies like KitchenConnect^® – also impressed attendees across the board.

The event took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere, including a factory tour, strategy sessions, and a traditional Bavarian evening at the Guggenberg Alm in Bad Kohlgrub. A closing survey confirmed very high levels of satisfaction with the format, content, and setting. 

This dealer event marks another important step in strengthening collaboration between Convotherm, Welbilt, and the specialist trade – with a clear goal: to bring innovation into the professional kitchens of tomorrow, together.
